If you are looking for a hearing aid center where you will be treated with respect and your concerns about hearing loss be addressed look no further. From the Audiologist to the receptionist..this is a 1st class customer focused hearing aid center where your hearing is their number one priority. My experience is with my mom who has been wearing aids for about 10 years...she purchased Starkey aids from a hearing aid retail center that went out of business shortly after she purchased them so she was unable to receive follow up customer service. And then she was referred to another retail center where their only interest was to sell my mom new hearing aids without servicing the Starkey's she had...and yes they were a Starkey licensed provider/servicer. years went by without her aids being serviced until my mom and I found Amplifon Hearing Aid Center. We located them by contacting the Corporate offices of Starkey looking for a Starkey center in San Antonio...This is the perfect hearing center for someone that has hearing aids or someone is in need of new hearing aids. The Audiologist took time to update the firmware, software and even perform a "repeat the words after me" test so to see if all of the adjustments made were right for my mom. And they were! It's frustrating enough to lose your hearing but when every hearing center you go to only wants to sell you new hearing aids @$6150...when the ones you have simply need adjustments that is poor customer service in my book. At Amplifon Hearing Center customer service and your ability to hear is their number 1 priority.
