I've purchased the invisible hearing aids over a year ago at a different location and continuously was going back and forth and the hearing aids were also sent back to the company for adjustments several times but none of it has met my needs. I've decided to come to this location and met with DON, all my issues were resolved 100% to my needs and satisfaction at the 1st appointment, then I've surprisingly asked DON how did you adjust the fitment and sound within minutes? Then he told me a little about his previous and many years of experience working with a hearing aid company where he actually put pieces togeter and repaired hearing aids based on customers needs, and his knowledge and skills amazingly showed in my 1st apt. I can't thank him enough but I hope that this review reaches as many individuals in need because it is extremely important who take care of your hearing aids.. Best Regards.

It was a good experience until they told the price.

I have been going here for several years and have had nothing but excellent service. Donna is always friendly at the front desk, whether I'm calling in or going into the office. Don has always answered my questions and has had me come in if I was having an issue. I can't think of anyone better to service my hearing needs. I will recommend them to anyone that needs help with any hearing problems. You want find anyone any better to take care of you.
