Life changer! Mackenzie is incredible. I went to another audiologist who convinced me that my hearing was as good as it was going to get, which was muffled and frustrating. I was charged thousands for hearing aids that didn't help. I went to visit a Dr in the same office as Mackenzie is in. She saw me crying in the hallway and took me aside. She asked me what was going on and I found myself blurting out how isolating it is to not hear correctly. She listened and then acted. Several visits later and different hearing aids and I can hear, contribute and engage in my life. Mackenzie is the reason I now have the quality of life I do. THANK YOU MACKENZIE!!!

Absolutely love Alamo ENT. I've been taking my kids there for years and Dr. Smith is amazing as well as all the rest of the staff. I highly recommend them if you are in search of an ENT.

Mackenzie has made sure I am completely comfortable and not self conscience about the need to wear hearing aids. She fitted me so that the aids are not noticeable and I can hear clearly. I recommend her to everyone.

I have seen both Dr. Edwards and an audiologist, Ms. Mackenzie Thomas. They have given me excellent care. The staff is friendly and happy which make for a good experience for the patient.
