Absolutely great. A customer for 10 years and will not change. The Sugar Land location is the main reason I stay with Hearing Aid Express. KUDOS to Laura & Cindy

Just a quick note on my ReSound Linx2 9's hearing aids recently purchased from Hearing Aid Express in Sugar Land, TX. With the exception of having to reconnect the Bluetooth initially with my IPhone (no big deal) they have performed really great after two months. I was able to put them through the paces of three hard hours of hot, sweating, gym workouts and I was totally impressed how much improved my hearing was in that noisy environment. Most of all they are not nearly as intrusive as the various hearing aids I’ve had over the years, in that I don’t really notice I have them on. That’s a really big deal for all of us folks wearing hearing aids. Cindy and the staff at the Hearing Aid Express Sugar Land location really went the extra mile to make sure my new aids were setup and dialed-in to give me the best performance. Being a very active person in the gym and doing 100+ mile cycling events, it was important to have the best settings for a wide range of environments and I really appreciate the extra attention they took in taking care of my hearing. Five+ Stars!
