1st visit. I went there to compare hearing aids. I had already gone to another place and had my hearing test done and we talked about difgeredi hearing aids. Jenene explained the test what she was doing and why. Then she completely explained the results. The other place did not do this. Now I have a better understanding of my hearing loss. She asked me many questions to find the best fit for me. I feel like she really took the time to get to know my needs. I believe after talking to her we picked the best choice for me. She is currently in the process of finding out what my cost will be after insurance pays. From that point she will help me find away to get the funds for my part. So far I'm very impressed. Office staff awesome. I know everyone is out to make money but they truly care about making the best choice what's best for you. I'll post again after I get them.
