My name is Jim G. I have been in the medical field for many years. I had a gradual loss of hearing which began to make my job very difficult. As well as the job, I had also been having great difficulties communicating at home. Dell Eubanks and American Hearing Solutions saved my career and made communicating with my wife and children so much better. The customer service that they provide is second to none. They were not happy until I was completely satisfied with the product purchased. They were very knowledgeable about the different products available and gave me all the information needed to make an informed decision. In short they gave me my life back. You don't realize what you are missing until you get it back. Things like a song bird singing or your babies whisper good night. American Hearing Solutions can and WILL give you your life back as well. Don't wait, give them a call today.

They redid the heating test of another Hearing Aid company and gave me some hope of being able to use hearing aids but then pushed me to use the brand of aid they wanted rather than the one I had chosen and I think that lead to my current disappointment. When I asked about the iPhone interface I was told it's like all the others and was not offered any assistance in using it. If they had done this I would have seen their choice of aids were lacking the controls I wanted and could have chosen something that I wanted rather than the ones they were more comfortable with dealing with. In other words I made the mistake of taking their advice. To be fair, I had the choice of going back and rectifying the issues I had but choose not to. Also, their choice of aids were in the same league as the ones I wanted.

I have needed hearing aids for quite a few years. But I have always been reluctant to get my hearing checked. I finally went to have them tested and man I am sorry I didn't do it long ago. The staff at American Hearing Solutions was great. After testing my hears and setting the hearing devices on the computer I was amazed. The first thing they had me do was step outside and just try them. I couldn't believe the difference. I could hear birds and sounds that were so much clearer. I am thankful for my hearing aids. I did not know all that I was missing.
