Excellent visit. Kenesia greeted us warmly and was very helpful and friendly. Audiology Technician, Eric was extremely knowledgeable and explained things in an understandable manner and administered the tests very professionally. First impression is very good. Very satisfied and looking forward to returning.

I found this facility on through a Google search and called the number to set up a free hearing screening. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful and set me up with a screening appointment the very next day. I arrived at 9:15 and filled out the paperwork for my 9:30 appointment. As soon as I turned in my paperwork and the doctor reviewed it, I was called back immediately to speak with Dr. Mary Ellen Casper. She was very nice, professional, and spent over an hour with me performing testing with me and going over my results. In the end she was able to refer me to a specialist at UT Southwestern for my issues, and I have an appointment already scheduled with them. Dr. Casper was very thorough and it was the most intensive hearing test I've ever had performed. I would recommend them to anyone.

The receptionist was friendly and professional. Dr. Casper was thorough, understanding, and knowledgeable. She made a nervous visit comfortable and unpressured. I recommend Connect Hearing.
