After going somewhere else a couple of times and then going to see Dr. Spencer, I now realize how much of a difference your Audiologist selection can make. She is very customer service oriented and looks for ways to give you the best results at the best price. She is also very knowledgeable about the products and educated me on some differences that I did not know. You can trust your hearing, as well as your pocketbook, with her!

I would give 5 stars, and may update later, but I've only had hearing aids for about a month. In that time, Dr. Spencer has had three sessions with me to fit me with my new devices, train me on their use and care, and adjust their dynamics to provide the most benefit. Besides being thorough and helpful, she's friendly and warm. I'm a happy patient so far!

Dr. Christie Spencer at Ft. Bend Hearing fit hearing aids for my mom and a close family friend. I could not be more impressed by her knowledge, integrity and professionalism. Dr. Spencer exceeded all our expectations on every level of care in both instances. Her main goal was to ensure my mom had the proper device and necessary adjustments in order for her to have success in hearing. She followed up on several occasions to verify continued satisfaction. The time she invested throughout the entire process, her genuine concern and the unbelievable care Dr. Spencer gave have made us very satisfied patients for life. I highly recommend.

I purchased a pair of Oticon hearing aids from Fort Bend Hearing about 6 months ago. The devices are great but the service at Fort Bend Hearing is really outstanding. Dr. Christie Spencer is very knowledgeable about all the products she sells and is very helpful in assisting in making the right choice. She will spend as much time as needed in the office and on the phone to ensure you make the right decision in the equipment you purchase. Dr. Spencer's office is very well managed. Visits are scheduled so that wait times are very short. Dr. Spencer has immediate access to the latest technology and equipment needed for testing and treating her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Spencer for your hearing needs.
