I have had hearing aids for 10 years. I went to Cook Hearing and Balance for new tests and hearing aids. Dr. Engler explained everything we were going to do and why. We also talked about hearing loss contributions to dementia and balance issues. This was most important and informative, even though i had worn hearing aids for 10 years. The previous hearing clinic in Denver was in no way as thorough as Dr. Engler. I bought the aids and the very next morning went in to calibration. I walked out wearing them. It is a whole new world!!!! I knew i was missing a lot but i had no idea how much. Also, i bought the next generation aids and they are amazing. She also explained why it is so important to wear them daily, to get into a routine, so as not to lose them and also to be retraining your brain to the parts of the sound spectrum that have been missing for me for years. Don't mess around with your hearing!!! Having these new Resound hearing aids is a life changing experience. Thank you Dr. Engler and staff !!!

I have been a very happy customer of Cook Hearing and Balance for almost 10 years now. They are ALWAYS very pleasant and helpful with anything that I need. Kylie has been helping me to be able to hear my world again. I am so grateful to her and all of the staff for everything they do.

Went in for hearing test two years ago. Process was quick and straight forward. Got hearing aids to assist with some mild and moderate hearing loss, but much needed to assist with hearing in work meetings. Went back this week to get help with adjustments to the aids and setting up the corresponding app. Everything was quick and smooth and helped get me right back to where I need to be. Appreciate the friendliness, explanations, and expertise.

My recent experience with Cook Hearing & Balance was a remarkably good one. While I have been wearing hearing aids for quite a few years, I’ve never been all that happy with their performance - regardless of the brand. Dr. Mendy Engler is an exceptional audiologist. During my initial exam, I found her to be very knowledgeable, thorough and patient in discussing my concerns. She tested my hearing, took a real ear measurement to help determine how well my current hearing aids were working, and made adjustments accordingly. She also fitted me with a different set of domes that work better for me. As a result of her efforts, I left her office hearing significantly better than when I arrived, and the ongoing improvements have been noteworthy. I plan to see Dr. Engler as my audiologist of choice for the foreseeable future, and highly recommend this office to anyone seeking to improve their hearing.

We had chose and purchased a hearing aid at Cook Hearing & Balance - Cedar Park two years ago. During all this time, I have regularly visited this wonderful and comfortable place to have my hearing aid serviced. I am always greeted by caring, friendly, smiling professionals who are ready to help. I like it here and I recommend visiting this clinic.
