Awesome friendly staff... I was able to take care of all paperwork ahead of time online! Kayla was super on top of everything and made me feel welcome from the first phone call to the initial visit... Once there, David took plenty of time to explain each and every step of the process and make sure I understood what was happening and why. Then his expertise in assisting me to pick out the perfect devices for my deficits and my individual needs was top notch... Thanks y’all so much for a great experience!!!

I would like to send out a thank you to David and Kayla at connect hearing in Marble falls. This has been one of the best experiences I have had At a doctors office. Kayla was welcoming and up to date, and went over and beyond to help me. David was amazing and explained everything and helping me decide what I needed to do for myself.
