I absolutely love Carrie & Mike. They make sure you leave satisfied. Mike works with you to ensure you have the best experience with your hearing aids. Highly professional office. I recommend Lone Star for all your hearing needs!

Mike could not have been more compassionate and concerned about my 87 years old Mother's hearing problem. He was more concerned about providing her the best solution for her hearing problem than selling her a pair of hearing aids.

I have been going to Mike for over two years now. I have always had great service and Mike truly tries to make everything perfect. My hearing loss is not normal and often requires frequent updates to the sound profile. Mike has always gone a step beyond to make sure my hearing aids sound the best they possibly can. I highly recommend this dispenser.

My new ears have been an immense gift to me. I noticed a significant reduction in hearing several years ago. I was told via a ENT physician in Dallas that "there was nothing to be done". As seasoned speech pathologist, I believed him because that verified my professional hunch. However, after my spouse and a dear friend were both fitted by LONE STAR HEARING WITH GREAT RESULTS!!!- I ventured into the possibility. I reminded myself that the phone I was using indicated significant technological advances since I was in school. My EARS are just new on the market. I AM THRILLED!

I would highly recommend Lone Star Hearing to anyone. Mike and his team are the kindest, most caring people you will ever meet. And they care about getting you the right aids whatever it takes. Great experience all around.
