Dr. Franklin may not have the best bed side manners, but he's a helluva doctor. I'd rather have a doctor who is good at his job than is super polite. 10/10. Would have surgery through him again.

Dr. Franklin Seemed Very thorough and precise. I got a (correct) diagnosis and treatment right away. I feel like I was kept well informed about every aspects of my condition(s) and treatment throughout the entire process. The care I was given was everything a reasonable person could expect/ask for. My quality of life since being treated by Dr. Franklin has improved tremendously. I wish that I would have went to him sooner.

Dr Franklin was thorough and did not rush. He listened and was personable. The audiologist, Abeda Mueed and the staff were terrific too. Highly recommend this practice.

I have been going to Dr. Franklin now for a year or so, and he is definitely an expert in his field. He has performed an extensive surgery that went well. I have never had an issue with his staff, as they have always been very polite and accommodating. The billing has been slightly off a few times, but I think that may be my insurance to blame, because I have had other issues with other doctors as well. Overall, he is very professional.

I saw Dr. Franklin in January of 2013 and I must say that I have never been so disrespected by a doctor in my life. I tried to ask intelligent questions that were important to me about my condition. I had previously researched my condition and had a list of pre-written questions. I was well prepared to have a valuable discussion. Dr. Franklin responded with disrespectful and unhelpful answers such as "because I said so". When I asked for clarification as to "why" he held up 3 fingers in succession and indicated 3 answers while tagging each finger. I was brought to tears by the tone in his voice and his disrespect. He was rude and unhelpful. I knew that day that I would never return to his office. Today I received the letter via certified mail that he has "fired" me as a patient. I actually "fired" him the day I was there.
