Sally the owner is the sweetest person ever. She worked with my 4 month old doing hearing tests and was so patient and let us come back for another appointment after we couldn’t get him to fall asleep. She was so professional, I would recommend her and this business to anyone. 10/10 experience

I wish I could give less than one star. I had two bad experiences and their won't be a third. I had some ear wax I could could get out and went in and asked if they could help me. Dr. Sally herself said I needed to see a doctor because the ear wax might be too deep for them to reach. Their ad in the paper says earwax removal. I went across town and Beltone removed the wax in less than five minutes at no charge. That was strike one. Six months later saw their ad in the paper for hunters plugs and called to find out how much they were. I was told 180.00 . I made an appointment for the next day. I get there and was told there were two thousand dollars. I told them the price I was quoted and even gave the name of the person who told me. Dr. Logan checked with her and I could hear her say she never told me that price. He took the impressions and said he would get back to me on the price. I week later I get a call and was told they were 1900 dollars. I told them to throw the molds away. I will never do to attempt to do business with them again.
