Over all this was a good Dr. visit. I did not like that they changed my appointment time and only let me know by text. This made late but I was cool until the young lady at the desk took time to point out that I should have been there 29 minutes early (thanks but life happens and I didn't make it, get over it). The staff worked with me and Dr. Hardee was so nice and explained what all was going to happen. Everyone was overall very nice and pleasant to deal with. As I said it was a good experience.

Dr. Glass is truly an amazing ENT Dr. He has now taken care of both myself and my children. I cannot recommend him enough for small children or adults alike! The new ENT Associates Facility is also very nice and welcoming! It sometimes takes a while to be seen from your appointment time but the care you receive there is worth the wait.

Very efficient office. Processed my for new patient appointment very quickly. All staff very friendly and helpful during visit. Not a typical doctor office appointment experience - in a good way.

I had been a patient for years and after he retired he left ENT with a great staff. I had a problem and got in in just a few days. Saw a wonderful PA and my new doctor! Everything worked smoothly and efficiently and I was in and out in 30 minutes.

I saw Dr Callender yesterday and was quite pleased with the whole experience. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I only waited a few minutes then was taken Back to update my info and then Only had to wait a few minutes to be taken to the back. Once in the exam room I only had to wait a few minutes for the Dr. In my opinion, this is a well run, well organized facility. 👍👍
