Don't buy anything from here, be smart and take care

Fair enough, I will share my story to all of you, hope my suck experience will help you don't stuck in the game. Both of myself and my wife have stable full time job and credit over 700, we trade up our van to Outlander PHEV, they said the interest rate is 0.99%(O.A.C). Cause I ask discount then they begin there show, ask my wife sign the finance document with 6.99% for 84 Month finance. It's ridiculous and rude, if you want deal with this issue by a gentle method, could phone or email me back. However, if you thought this kind of feedback is normal and make sense, you guys could continue what you want to do. Honestly, earn money need make sense without cheating.

We bought our vehicle here and have had a generally great relationship with the service department over the life of our vehicle. It's well taken care of, additional costs (and cost-saving measures) are discussed in advance and we're able to take most repairs at the pace we can afford. Obviously my experience with the dealership as "Bow" is limited, vs with previous owners, but so far so good.

My sales person Niko was awesome! Super friendly and helpful. Listened to what I was looking for and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want. Albert was also awesome, answered any and all questions I had regarding financing and was great to deal with. The engery of the dealership was great, everyone was super friendly. Justin worked hard to find the car and colour I wanted and also was readily available to answer any questions. My experience was great from start to finish!! Couldn’t be happier with my decision to purchase from Bow Mitsubishi!! Thank you all for my new ride, I love it!!!

The car was priced well. Brandon was super nice to me before sales. After the sales, he was not responsive and kind of rude after. You feel kind of used a customer when they do that. They lost my new car mats during service and they brought me in some old ones to replace them after one month of making me wait and keep saying we will bring you the mats this and that day.

Bow Mitsubishi, Thank you Mitsubishi, The team you have is unbeatable, relabeled, and make a person feel at ease. I had drop my key and it shattered, I didn’t have a spare. I had no idea what to do. But Bow Mitsubishi was there for me. Profide me with the number for the tow truck (under warranty!) and get me a spot in the morning with the guys to fix the car up. Honestly made me feel like family, worries just flowed away. Fixed my key, got spare and was out within the hour. Thank you for starting my Car, Life, and Enjoy up. If you are considering buying a car, get a Mitsubishi. The Team is your Team and I couldn’t imagine a better people. Thank you Brian and Ryan.

They tried to convince me to pay for more services like change filters, then they asked me after they start work in the car to pay more for filters, when I told them I paid already for that, they told me no that was for inspection and rotation, cheating .... they just care about money and I assume that the dealer has a good service, but not, I'll never go to them again. 3:47 PM update: I got a telephone call from them and they offer me to change the filter with no charge, So I appreciate what they did not because of the offer, but because they take care of their customers, thanks Courtesy Mitsubishi.
