I had a wonderful experience buying my first brand-new vehicle here. Ryan was "my guy" and he was just fantastic to work with. I felt respected, heard, valued, and not rushed. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, fun, knowledgeable, and passionate. I am in love with my new Outlander! Thank you for making this such an enjoyable experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

What a wonderful place! Everyone is friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. If you go in with an ounce of reason you will experience what car buying SHOULD be. I absolutely loved their Christmas tree made out of tires! They need bears though. Stuffed teddy bears. That would have made my experience complete. Thank you!

*Update* Contacted dealer as requested in reply and was given expected answers and apologies. Seemed like standard damage control. Also booked my next service appointment for a later date on same day. Service appointment went fine. The gentleman at the counter was what a customer would expect, almost felt a bit beyond and I didn't recognize him from previous visits. However, this was a good experience and hope it is the new norm. This update was made in honor of my commitment (my decision) made during the initial discussion with management. Sales department is ok. Bought here twice now. First time was better than the second but still acceptable. Service department is a different story. I have had 3 experiences where them time I booked versus the.time they wrote down did not match. First 2 times the people at the counter gave the impression that I was at fault and they were doing the greatest favor in the world squeezing me in. The third time was a bit different but I guess that's what happens when you escalate. 1 of only 2 licensed dealers in Calgary and they seem to know you don't have much choice. Like the cars, hate the service. Lifetime service package just doesn't make up for it.

I bought a Lancer at auction in December 2017. Not knowing anything about it, I had a few mechanics look at it, just to make sure everything was in good working order. When it came time for full service, I decided to take it to Platinum so I could get the full scoop. The service I have received has been nothing short of fantastic. The service tech who dealt with me, Nicole, is incredibly polite, friendly and professional. They always call to update progress and confirm everything with you before going ahead, and they always find a way to save you a bit of money, be it with faster service or incorporating a package deal. Despite a bit of a wait for the first visit (September 2018, had to book about a month in advance, which is no one's fault!), the actual service was done in about a day. Recently I had troubles with the car starting, and a quick phone call got me in for service and up and running within less than 24 hours.... just after the New Year! I'm extremely pleased with the service I've been given so far and would recommend them to absolutely anyone.

Easily the worst customer service experience I've ever had with a service department when getting auto work done. Rep who checked me in: -Took all my info on scheduling day -Lost my appointment on drop-off day and had to take all my info again -Built my customer profile with the wrong name (This matters) -Used convoluted (veiled threats of) upcharges to reset the oil service counter light (which has been a free service of every shop I've ever been to). Slimy service sales tactics implying that changing my own oil will void the warranty (which this vehicle hasn't had for years as it's used). -Neglected to call to say the vehicle was ready On pick up, nobody at the dealership (now closed service department) could find my invoice or keys because surprise surprise, my account was built in a different name. I stood around for 20 minutes while the sales staff acted uninterested in getting us moving with any urgency. I impressed that it was quite urgent that I leave to get to work on time - this was met with indignant hand-waving of 'not my problem' from a sales advisor. More than anything else in this limited life I value my time. This was a massive waste of my time that unnecessarily left me late for work. The repair/recalls were completed as needed, so 5* for the mechanic but negative 3 stars for the CS staff. Unless absolutely positively necessary, I will never, ever return to this service department.
