Owner's Son Great Job

We bought a 2018 Escape in December of that calendar year, and paid all fees outright with no loans. The sales manager would not give us a prize for buying a new car that we qualified to show bad service. Frustrated, and justifiably so, I complained to the owner's son who was up in management. The gentleman agreed that we were unfairly treated and he told me to come the next day to pick up the item, and apologized as we were not given a fair shake. Despite traveling 40km return trip, we went to get it. The sales experience was soured by their team but this individual did what was right and bravo for him. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Key West Ford. Shout out to Ben, Michael, and Nicholas! Very professional team that I would recommend to anybody. They were able to work within my budget and got me in a car I absolutely love. Exceeded all my expectations! They have such a vast inventory of cars and a team that can appreciate a stick shift. When that car itch of mine creeps in again, I'm definitely coming back.

This is the second car that I have purchased at Key West Ford and I also took my sister to purchase one there a couple of years ago. This one was the first used car that i got there. I needed a 7 seat vehicle and I went to Key West Ford to look into a new Explorer. After talking to the salesperson, he convinced me to look into a 2017 Ford Flex limited. My wife and I liked the car and we purchased. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

I came to look at a VW. Turned out my credit was great but the car was too old. Ben did a great job, with his partner Robert, to find me a great car. Ben is crazy nice and a joy to deal with. I didn't spend much time with Robert but he was down to earth. Then there's Nicholas in finance.... what a character. Hes so much fun and I would definitely come back to deal with these awesome employees of Key West. Great job guys! ❤

You guys did an amazing job. Walked in at like 5:30 looking for a car, walked out at 7:00 with all the paperwork. It was quick and everyone was nice. Ian and Michelle helped me out and it was pretty fun. 10/10 recommend dealing with them and will deal with these guys for my next one too. Cheers

WOW….. What a service ……. I never thought I'd be writing a review for a car sales company but here I am! !!! This is the first time I've been here and the staff goes above & beyond for their customers. I want to give a hat's off to key West Ford for their outstanding, super-professional service. I was looking for a used mid-size SUV which I found through the Key West Ford website. I contacted the sales person Eric and he responded to me within a few minutes. I was able to set up a test drive the very next day. After the test drive, Eric even allowed me to check the SUV by my Certified mechanic. I purchased the car the very same day and the process was smooth. Megan in the finance department & the Sales manager Harry did the documentation extremely fast. Here comes the most important part of my purchase. When I went home in the car I found out that my driver side door doesn’t open or close using the key fob. Then I reached out to my sales guy Eric and he directed me to Ron at the Service department. Ron was the best experience I have ever had servicing a car anywhere. Ron was very professional. He took the ownership of the issue and diagnosed it with the service dept. He arranged a courtesy car for me until they get the parts to fix the issue. They did a completely a satisfactory job and which was complex in nature due to the brand of the car that I purchased. So If you are ever thinking of buying a used car, you can go to Key West Ford with a peace of mind. The entire staff is so knowledgeable and nice. Well done …. Key West Ford team. Five Stars ...!!!!!!!!!!!
