Jim Kelman made buying a new vehicle a smooth and comfortable transition. He was knowledgeable and professional. The thing we loved the most about Jim is his thoughtful caring approach through the entire process of buying our new 2019 Toyota Highlander! We have no reservations in highly recommend Jim our to co-workers, friends and family. Thanks JIM!

Just a quick thank you to the whole team at Kingston Toyota and especially Jim Kelman. I have purchased many cars and many brands over the years and this was by far one of the best experiences i have had. It was a previous Toyota Camry years ago, that brought me to Kingston Toyota to look for a truck. Throughout the process the team was very professional and courtesy was always evident. Jim's selling skills and customer understanding are second to none. See you at the first Service.

I just purchased my 3rd car from Kingston Toyota with Jim Kelman. He has made all my experiences there easy and relaxed. He explained everything to me and I felt like I was working with a friend. Can't thank Jim enough and Kingston Toyota.

My partner and I waited for fifteen minutes in the show room and not one sales person offered to help us. We could clearly see all the sales men/ women in their glass offices on their computers or texting on their cell phones. Two even made eye contact with us but then kept doing what they were doing. Not one person asked if they could help or if we had already been helped and eventually, we just walked out.

We recently bought a new SUV. We looked at 17 different manufacturers and models before settling on the Highlander. My wife and I are both confident it was a good choice. We enjoyed dealing with Darcy Howard. He did a good job of promoting the car without being an anxious, pushy salesman. I've bought quite a few cars over the last 50 years and always do my homework so I had a pretty good idea of a reasonable price range. No haggling involved and a fair deal. There wasn't a lot of competition in the end; the Toyota offered the best combination of quality and value. Darcy and the other Toyota reps involved did a great job. Gerard Chouest
