My husband Hans & I recently purchased a certified used car from Jerry Pfeil. What is usually a tension filled experience of negotiation became a relaxed, informative and no pressure discourse. Jerry is extremely well informed about his product and helped us understand the various options open to us clearly & professionally. We appreciated his honest approach, sense of humour and very courteous service. We will happily recommend Grey Motors Mazda to our friends & family. Thank you Jerry! It was a pleasure meeting you. Price went up on the day of pick up. Asked to look around for a particular colour...and they clearly didn't. Found exactly what I wanted a month later at a dealership in whitby. Do the work yourself.
