Wow. I have been around enough to have purchased numerous vehicles and many high ticket items, and even worked in retail during my post secondary education, so I have no hesitation in saying that my interaction with Grey Motors was by far the best example of customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction that I have ever experienced and could possibly ever imagine. We committed to purchase a used vehicle from a distance, and after having driven 6 hours to complete the deal, we found a few issues that needed to be corrected. Not only did Jerry Pfeil, the President, apologize profusely, he offered to have us take the car and fully reimburse us to have the issues corrected. In the end, he said he needed to "make it right", and make it right he did. He went above and beyond to have the issues identified, and more, corrected. And one week later, he personally drove the vehicle 6 hours to our home with all the paperwork. Who could ever imagine the owner of a dealership going that far to make a customer happy? I never would have in a million years, but he did. The vehicle is perfect...better than expected, and are very pleased (especially my son who will be the principle driver). Now, I can't imagine that Jerry is going to make a habit of doing this as he has a family too, but it just goes to show how important customer satisfaction is to him. We sincerely thank Jerry and his team for going way above and beyond on this transaction, and would not hesitate to recommend Grey Motors to anyone looking for a Mazda vehicle.

Have only been here a few times but they already know who I am right away every time I call or show up. Kathy the service advisor is wonderful and has been great to deal with. And to top it all off, today when I dropped my car off for a tire rotation and oil change they washed my car inside and out free of charge!!! An awesome surprise. Well done Grey Motors Mazda.

Good service and friendly staff.

They wouldn't let me take the used car I was thinking of buying to my trusted mechanic to get it checked out. Deal breaker! If you are thinking about buying a used car here, you have to know the dealership's opinion that their "50% brakes and 50% tires" check is all you get!
