The most caring dealership! Much better than other Nissan dealerships in Kitchener/Guelph area. A dealership that makes friendship! They properly fixed my 2014 Rogue few times! I bought my new SUV from them. I am really pleased to deal Stephany and Jeff. By putting a new set of tires on the delivery date, they made my day. Thank you so much!

I always deal with Ryan. He listens and makes sure not to pressure me into anything, very good salesman! I recommend him to anyone who wants a vehicle! Rudy knows his stuff too, along with Kumayl who always makes sure my service experience is on point.

Thank you Kitchener Nissan for helping me get my Leaf before the rebate was done. Congratulations on your success and hope things go awesome for you in the future. Thanks again!

YES, YES, and YES. That's pretty much their answer to any service request, even when I feel I am stretching it a bit. I have dealt with 3-4 different advisors this past year or so (most recently Kumayl), but it always has been the same high quality of service. Only the second auto service place that has ever --fully-- satisfied me.

Kitchener Nissan provided me excellent customer service and a great deal. They were assertive and on the ball every step of the way. My sales associate Britney Schilling was more than helpful in explaining the process and making it very smooth. Delivery of the vehicle was very thorough and informative. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Kitchener Nissan! And there's free coffee!
