Purchased a 2014 Grand Cherokee from Josh Bustard beginning of December. Very smooth process. The vehicle came fully inspected and safetied along with an amazing detailing job! Best used vehicle purchasing experience so far! They make the whole process seamless! Would recommend for anyone looking for new or used vehicles in the Waterloo area! They went above and beyond to deliver the Grand Cherokee to my place in London during the busy holiday season free of charge. Service is always prompt and professional. Thank you Bustard Chrysler for this great SUV!

I bought a new Dodge Journey here and had the most amazing experience. I told them what my budget was and they worked completely within it. I was also trading in a vehicle and they made the process so easy. Highly recommend going to Bustard for any vehicle purchases, I will definitely be referring all my friends and family. Thanks Andrew and Armando for the amazing service!

Bought Kia Sportage 2012 from Bustard few weeks ago. The vehicle was in excellent condition. The sales team was excellent. Not very pushy, but convincing. Negotiation was smooth. Most of the dealers now a days tend to forget their smile after the deal. But these guys were friendly whenever I walked back in and helped me with my queries. I highly recommend Bustard. They've earned a returning customer.

By no means was the buying experience flawless, but it was 100% compared to the service department. A little back story is my husband and I just put over 100k into this dealership in the summer. I had never owned a brand new car, never been to bustard before this. When I took it in for an oil change, i picked it up and saw different charges over 2 pieces of paper. My first question was I don't understand the charges. Then I asked if they do any sort of inspection as I saw nothing on the paper. Dean was clearly irritated that I was asking questions and finally I just paid and left. I was supposed to receive a free oil change as per my purchase agreement, as well as a 50 dollar voucher for attending the get to know your car night. Needless to say those questions never got answered either . Fast forward to today, my husband was called to book his 2018 ram eco diesel in for service.#1, you really think he's keen on bringing in his truck to your service department after HIS own experience? Also the person didn't know his diesel only needs to come in every 12 months or 16,000km? When he asked to speak to someone he was transferred to a voicemail. When I called back I was again transferred to a voicemail. Anyways will wait for that response, until then a few words of advice. Don't call people 3 days after Christmas, we are all broke. When a newbie asks questions, take 30 seconds and answer their questions.

I recently purchased a 2019 Ram Rebel from Bustard Chrysler in Waterloo. Anthony (my sales person) was fantastic. He met me in service while I was having my 2015 Ram SLT serviced, and after chatting for a few minutes he asked if I was in the market for a new truck. While I hadn't given it much thought, I soon found myself looking at trucks that would fit my needs (I have a travel trailer that I pull). Anthony took the time to understand the features that I wanted in a truck, and he spent well over an hour painstakingly searching dealer inventory to find a truck with the proper axle ratio and feature combination. He brought multiple trucks to the front for test drives, and even let me take a truck out on an extended test drive. Once I found the truck I liked, Andrew (sales manager) joined the conversation and, along with Anthony, formulated an awesome deal. Andrew was friendly and never made me feel like I was wasting his time with the numerous questions that I had. He took the time to get to know me, and even followed up after I took the truck home to see how I liked it. I also worked with Chetna (business manager) and she was so thoughtful and nice. She patiently explained all of the different options and warranties and I never once had to call her through the entire process to get updates for information (she always called me with updates and information quickly and often). Before I picked up the truck, I emailed Anthony several times with questions and he always responded right away. When I called, reception took the time to ask my name and make sure I was able to speak with Anthony right away. I have high praise for the Bustard staff during the sales process and I would highly recommend their dealership if you are looking for a vehicle. They are very good at making you feel like a valued customer.
