I’ve been going here since 1991. Have purchased multiple Honda vehicles from here and always got a great deal along with a nice new car experience. Have serviced all of my cars here continuously over all these years because the staff are friendly and honest. The quality of work and the care that’s taken not to damage your car has always been appreciated. It’s so hard to find a good dealership that you can trust nowadays, but Waterloo Honda is one of those and I highly recommend them for both sales and service.

I would give them a 10 star if I could. Their sales department went above and beyond for us. A special shout out to Jorge who made our purchase easy and effortless. I highly recommend anyone to go see him and his sales team. Thanks again for everything.

I am sorry that my review is not a good one. We own a 2014 Honda Odyssey, and my latest Honda service experience was a true odyssey. We first took the car to Honda in July for a problem with rubbing breaks and a defect latching mechanism for a seat. I had made an appointment (weeks earlier), and arrived with my car early in the morning. At 5pm the dealership called to let me know that car needed to stay overnight. What? I asked them whether they had seen the 3(!) car seats in the back. The car is needed for pickup. I told them that I needed a loaner ... or something. They said that that wasn't possible. And by the way, to cure the rubbing breaks I would need 4 new rotors, worth just over $1000. Honda called me back to tell me that I can take my own car out, and take it back the next day. That's what I did. Fast forward 3 months, I am back at Honda. Turns out the back seat latch is still not working (while they charged me for it). I made an appointment once more, dropped the car. Once again, I was there shortly after 8. By 4:30pm I had not heard from the place, and start to panic. I am calling only to get no answer from the service desk. I am then calling the front desk who patch me through to service. At service, the guy lets me hang on hold for 10 minutes, only to hang up on me. Minutes are ticking away, and my kids are waiting in the meanwhile. I finally get to Honda at 5:15 only to be told that the car needs to come back today. Today then, I arrive bright and early. Honda gives me a long (1h) ride to work. Now that I am at work, I just received a phone call from Honda, that my part has unfortunately not come in. I am speechless. I don't think that I have ever seen a more incompetent service. I am counting the days when I am out of the service period for my van at which point I will promptly take this car to my trusted mechanic.

Great experience. I would recommend Waterloo Honda to anyone looking for a new car, or need servicing with their existing automobile. Courteous staff, and they actually care about you, and not just because you are a customer.

Called about getting my airbag fixed and received truly awful service from Denise. She was surely, rude and made absolutely no effort to try and address my concerns or even answer my questions. When I asked to speak to someone else who might know the answers to my questions she continued to be unhelpful and I had to ask multiple times before she finally gave me the number of someone else to contact. I called both the Kitchener and Cambridge dealerships after and received great service. I would strongly recommend going the extra distance to avoid this experience.
