I went in to browse, comparing brands. Greeted by Colin one of the salesmanagers. Answered all questions and took the time with me even though I told him I was just shopping around. Great pride at this dealer!!!!!

Called and explained drivers door would not open from inside. Went there, they charged for all a service but did not fix door. Said we needed to come back next week. This was almost 5 weeks ago. 2 times got stuck in car be sause did not have key and needed to call someone to get me out. Dangerous!!!! Went and got it fixed elsewhere and they STILL have not called us to bring it in even though I called. They r pathetic as , when i called, they truly did not care i had been stuck in the car. I am extremely claustraphobic

I have taken both of my older Volvos to this dealership for repairs over the past couple of years and the service used to be great! But recently that has changed, I am now made to feel that my older Volvo is not good enough for them to service. Which is odd because my money shows no sign of aging... I was told by the manager that I actually don't live as far from the dealership as I think I do and I can do the round trip in a day after indicating that I would prefer to have a loan car over night so I don't have to do the trip twice in a day... I have 3 young children and a business to run and can not take that much time out of my day to drive back and forth. The manager was extremely rude with me both times I took my car there and when I threatened to go to another dealership I was told that I only come in once a year... This would have been $1000 repair for them and the repair I did 2 months prior was roughly $1400... apparently that's not enough money for them and they also don't want my POS car standing around all their new shiny cars. I proceeded to tell the manager than when I purchase my new XC90 in the spring it will not be at this dealership and neither will I ever return he quickly changed his tune and asked me to tell him what he did wrong... for real buddy?? regardless, I wont be back and you should take your money to a dealership that would be more appreciative of the business and less judgmental of the type of car you drive, another lesson to never judge a book by its cover! Your loss Volvo Waterloo!
