Bob is easy going and very genuine when it comes to dealing with customers. I've always had great service from him. He always makes time and accommodates you even if he's busy. Finds the best deals and treats you like you're the most important person in the shop.

Bobby and the crew provide excellent service and outstanding prices. Always engaging conversation while I wait for the job to be conpleted. Over the last 3 years I’ve had work done on 3 different cars; brakes, rotors, seasonal tire changes, oil changes and more. I’ve referred severl people here and will continue to do so.

I can't sing Bob's praises enough! It was so easy to find the perfect car, and I had the best customer service I could ask for. Bob and his team were very accommodating with any requests I had and I appreciated it so much! I will definitely be recommending him to all of my friends!

Sold me car with few problems didn’t wanna take responsibility to fix the issues. Took it to Mercedes for inspection. Estimate was 1800$. Prime auto refuse to do anything or even look at the estimate or try to work any deal to solve the issue. Spend so much money on car thinking I won’t have any problems for awhile. After one week all issues start showing. Becareful if you wanna buy car from this place make sure you take it for inspection before buying it, don’t trust his word.

Bob, John and the team are amazing and extremely patient. I have had some small issues with my purchase and they have taken care of every thing, each time. Give bad reviews on this site no attention, people forget that when buying a used car, it's future is very unpredictable. You have no idea of how well or how terrible it's previous owner treated it. This is not a dealer ship issue, however Bob is very accommodating and understands this and does everything possible to handle the issue. It's the same as a doctor, they can't predict a sprained ankle, or flu outbreak, but they can definitely get you on the mend. Great team!! Very professional and extremely patient. I wouldn't send friends and family anywhere else!!! I couldn't be happier with this place, my purchase, and the service I continue to receive.
