Seems like a good place but we had a poor experience with Henry, one of their used care sales reps. We went in looking for an SUV within a certain price range. You could tell as it was near the Christmas holidays that he seemed stressed for a sale even though he didn't make much of an effort at rapport. When we said their current inventory didn't seem to have what we were looking for just yet he tried to pitch the idea of buying a used Tacoma pickup that needed work, and if we spent the money working on it we could sell it for a profit, albeit not factoring in taxes and fees, or the fact that we didn't want a pickup. As we were on our way out and saying our thanks he then made one last ditch effort he tried to "get us into" a mini van. Disappointing. We then came by again a few weeks later, where no one came by to ask if we had any questions or needed service. When we did see someone he ignored us. I called out asking if he had a moment to which he said "no I don't". We left and were followed up moments later by another rep who was kind and asked for us to wait a little longer for another rep to come see us. So far it's been an unfortunate experience. As for the quality of mechanical services or cars, I can't yet say and I don't think I'll ever be able to.

The service is generally pretty good. I recommend for oil changes. Very long wait for tire changes and very expensive for minor damage repairs.

Had a great experience there. Three staff was knowledgable and helpful. Got my family into a safe vehicle at a good price.

I bought out a lease return and trusted them to handle the simple task of licensing. Unfortunately that was too difficult to do within 2 days. On the day I was scheduled to pickup my vehicle I called an hour ahead to make sure there was no issues and of course was THEN notified my vehicle would not be ready for another 3 whole days. Of course this was all before they closed and the ministry leaving me stranded with no vehicle for yet again another day.
