This is the best Hyundai dealer around. Luis is a great sales guy and was very helpful and patience showing me everything and answering all my questions. Dan the sales manager was very upfront and worked very hard to find me the car I wanted. I will be recommending these guys and dealership to everyone I know. The parts and service department has been helpful and supportive so far. Haven't had to use them much yet but I will be when my new ride needs service.

won't permit me to give Zero Stars - the Dealership had us buy the extended warranty and are claiming the battery is no longer under warranty, the car does not start if left for more than a few days as the battery drains. ( Rust proofing electronic module perhaps??) - We needed to jump start this 2018 model several times over the last few weeks and as the weather gets colder this issue will increase. Tell me the extended warranty paid for does not cover this defective battery. The manufacturer warranties the battery, the dealership should cover this if not or we will expect the warranty fee to be reimbursed. We will trade the vehicle in for a more reliable model at a different dealership. I will write to head office for Meyers as well - indicating my frustration with this service department. Follow up. Issue had been resolved by mgr. It was agreed, battery was defective and the end result was appreciated, NC for replacement, thank you for a positive result.

There's something about this Myers location that makes you feel comfortable. It has a very "family-oriented/community/wholesome" feel to it, unlike many other car dealerships which are more flashy and less caring. A lot of this sense of care was brought on by the above-average service from David Hannah. He has a way of making you feel at ease and making it genuinely clear that you're not being taken advantage of. He doesn't waste time with games and is honest and realistic from the start. My father and I really appreciated his calm and friendly demeanor, as well as the amount of time he took to make sure I was comfortable with all the features of the new car when it arrived for pickup. We will definitely be back again in the future because of David!

They are amazing when they are selling you a car. Great service and all. Once you sign the papers the good service vanishes. They avoid you, break promises they made during the signing. They will take advantage of you....unless you decide to buy another car from them. I would give them 0 star if I could. And don't ever buy their warranty. They make a commission of it so they will sell it to you with lies

RESOLVED: Myers Hyundai Service Manager, Glenn Batchelor, helped out to get this rough idle problem solved. I had to drop off my car total of 3 times but eventually they had replaced alternator. New alternator significantly improved the rough idle but it's still not 100% gone. I can still feel the car shaking at idle but much better than before. Small enough for me to let it go. Thanks to Glenn for helping me out. Only request i would ask for Myers Hyundai is to pay more attention to customer's car when inspecting for problems and try to find the root cause and not to write "problem fixed" on the invoice paper when it's not actually fixed. I received 2 invoices with comments saying "engine running smoothly, no rough idle" but it wasn't fixed at all when i pick up my car for the first two times. PROBLEM: Terrible service at this location. I brought my car in to fix rough idle problem. I dropped off my car in the morning and let them inspect for whole day. At the end of the day they said they couldn't find the problem. I had to show the problem myself to the mechanic. They can't even find the problem unless I show it to them. The mechanic said i need to do induction cleaning to fix this problem so i paid $200 for this cleaning. While they were doing the cleaning, they found 2 of my ignition coils to be defective. They suggested to install new one and they said this was the problem for rough idle and will fix the problem. So i paid another $300 for installing two ignition coils. After i got the car, I tested to see if it's fixed and turns out it didn't fix at all. My car still has rough idle. With all the service charges + tax, i spent about $600 for this and didn't even fix the problem. They told me to drive for couple of days and it should be gone. I've been driving for more than a week problem still exist. Terrible service. They don't even apologize that it didn't get fixed. No compensation at all. I am very annoyed and disappointed to this Myers Hyundai Bells Corners.
