Forced a $2000 used car warranty, or I was not "allowed" to buy, only after seeing I was approved for the added costly garbage third party service. Edit - We were approved for the loan of the vehicle at the price we agreed upon and when we came in at signing - they added this warranty and reapplied and got approval for the higher amount. They then insisted we had no choice or to walk away, saying we would take a hit on our credit rating if we went somewhere else. found out the $2000 (on a $5000 car, or 40% increase of the sale) was only good for 25,000 KM. I spoke to the current manager and there was nothing she could do as the vehicle just passed the mileage limit. Buyer Beware!!! After the response from the owner - I spoke to the new Sales Manager. She said she can not look at files older than 6 months - I shared with her I had emails backing up my claims. Her response - "I am not sure what to tell you - it has been too long." I asked that the owner reach out to me. I await and will post if I ever do. I wished we walked away.

A bad experience is an understatement. From beginning to end the process of buying our vehicle at Hull Hyundai was terrible. From communication to service and general organization the team at Hull Hyundai was brutal. I will not list all the things that occurred with us at this dealership because frankly there isn't enough time in a day. I highly suggest buying your vehicle somewhere else. If you must, ask for Melanie because she was the only one who genuinely seemed to care about all the trouble we endured here. Good Luck

Very friendly and helpful staff. However I bought a used 2013 Hyundai Elantra and I have already put in more money for repairs then what the car is worth, and I haven't had the car for even a year. Should have taken the car to my own garage for a check before buying. Will not buy a used car there again.

Worst dealership ever. They only care about your money. You have to beg and run after them to get information, even the basic one they have to provide you. I have been running after Paul to get my car VIN number. He was supposed to give it to me after few minutes. I waited for hours and finally called back, he left office already. The next day I called him, he said he asked to a colleague to provide me the VIN, but that colleague forgot. And none of them apologized. Moreover, the night I visited my car, me and my wife have been forgotten and locked in the parking with no way out. Very disrespectful. The worst one is Paul Seguin, he only cares about your wallet, always wants to be right and never apologizes even when he’s wrong. I don’t recommend at all.

I bought a used car there and a piece of panel that hides the inside of the trunk so that we cannot see through the rear window was missing. I realized that when I arrived home with my car. This is a standard piece that comes with the car and when I called them, the manager said that since it's not a security issue, they will not do anything about it. We're talking about a 3 years old car that cost more than a lot of their new cars. I had an overall bad experience buying a used car there. Whether it's when you buy or after you bought the car, the managers in the used department are rude, only Mélanie the sales lady was friendly.
