Found an used car (2011 Prius) advertised online that fits my needs. The dealership emailed me to inform their hours if I was interested to take a closer look. Did some research on the dealership but not many reviews are available. Met Terry Davis while seeing checking the car over a long weekend. He was very kind, accommodating, and above all else a straight forward person to deal with. No games, no high pressure sale, no hidden costs... just plain'o good business person letting the customer thinking it through and make their own decisions. He takes the anxiety out of the car shopping experience and made it the way it should be... joy and excitement. After two solid hours of checking the car and test driving it, I negotiated and bought the car on the same day. Terry outlined few action items he would look after before delivery. Few days later, he delivered them all and more. A clean vehicle and a full tank of gas to boot. It's hard to find dealership and salesperson like Terry anymore. Pearce Motors might be a bit out of the way in Tillsonburg but it's a rare gem worth visiting. When it's time for my next vehicle, I know Terry will be the first place I consider.
