Poor listener in the service area. Requested that they check my entire vehicle over for problems. They did not bother. They only focused on the tires and wheels for some reason. We had a healthy budget for repairs as we have a branded vehicle. They charged us $4000 which is fine but we wanted to do business with people who listened to what WE wanted. When they called us on day two, they informed us that there is an oil leak. They did not bother investigating it any further. We went to another dealer for further repairs that equaled to another $2.2k. Bad service and business practices on Ray Cullens' behalf. Also, when we returned to pick up our vehicle, we saw our service advisor and proceeded to go and speak with him. He was rude and said that we needed to go and pay over there. Waving us into the dealership. Will never go back.

Overall friendly service. Reason for the 3 is due to wheel nuts not being properly fastened to the bolt and when you take the vehicle in for a LOF they don't offer you other services or recommendations at a discounted price. Now they used to ask you about other things bit perhaps a change in the way they do business and they don't push things on customers anymore. Overall good people in Service dept.

Go see Martin Van Veen! Very knowledgeable. I went to three other dealerships and no one even said hello to me (because I’m young). Martin was willing to help me out with the questions I have. I strongly recommend buying a car from Martin if you’re looking for a GM vehicle!
