Found a used CR V here.....drove 2.5 hours and never looked back. Bill was absolutely outstanding. We will always make the drive should another purchase come along down the line...honest, forthcoming, and willing to find the middle ground. Thank you Pembroke Honda, and in particular, Bill!!

Got my civic serviced here 3 times in the past 3 years or so for regular oil changes, filter changes and tire rotations. I went to another shop this time around and they said my wheels were seized on. Clearly these guys weren't rotating my tires at all so I won't be coming back here ever again. Wouldn't trust them ever.

Worst car buying experience I've ever had. I purchased my vehicle this past may. There was no transparency on total cost. Their database for the final bill of sale didn't add up correctly. Apparently they had a recent system upgrade that had glitches. There were too many "misunderstandings". I also didn't want the $99 wheel locks on my vehicle but they had them on and still charged me. When I told the finance manager that I didn't want the wheel locks, he said that "the paperwork was already done". They did give me one free oil change but I'm not going to take it. I'm not going back. I'm only giving 1 star because it's required in order for me to post but I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

Friendly. Professional. Highly knowledgeable. Good followup. Great reputation. We are looking forward to finalizing the sale and working with this team.

Not inexpensive but I've always had excellent service here. Good work done and OE parts.
