I was leaving to go out of town the day after making the decision to purchase my new vehicle with Mid North, I was amazed by the great service they were able to provide in helping me get organized and approved for financing while traveling! It was so simple, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and I was able to pick up my new vehicle the day upon my return!

Great, easy to get along with service. Only disappointment was my vehicle could not get a remote starter from dealership. But all together sale went well, got what I needed from it. Now got a brand new vehicle with a long warranty. Very trustworthy.

I am very happy with my car. The service department has been happy to assist when I arrive. The sales people and office staff were curteous. That last star could be earned by being more communicative. I had to pester and call to get any details about my vehicle before it arrived.

Just recently bought a 2018 Outlander ES. The team was very friendly and helpful. I had a very pleasant experience.

It's not often you can roll into a shop with a 22 year old, imported, 4wd van - and find anyone willing, let alone able, to fix it. These guys were willing to try regardless, and also kind enough to not take me to the cleaners for the headache. Thankfully, my repair was not extreme and didn't require any unique parts. Eternally grateful for the super friendly service, it was a long stressful winter drive across the country.
