If I could give no stars I would. I had bought a used SUV from them. I pick it up Jan 31 2019 and the next day the problems started, they did address that , however the inconvenience to drive back and forth was not what I had been planning when picking up my new vehicle. On Feb 16 2019 the ABS light came on so I messaged Ayman asking if there was any warranty and he didn't even have the courtesy to call me back, once they get your money, you'll never hear from them again. Both sales men assured me their vehicles go through a thorough inspection, I highly doubt that as 3 days later I had a exhaust leak and the rear ball joint had excessive play. To top all this off I went to go use the A/C for the first time and guess what??? It doesn't WORK... if your planning on buying a car here.. watch out get some one else to check it out for you... extremely disappointed

I went to this dealer ship for service and test drive multiple times, the sale team is OK, can provide you necessary information of the vehicle you are interested, but when you are negotiate price, they are the same as other dealers, you need do some works and comprasion. I went to the dealership to do regular maintenance such as oil change / tire rotation, they basically can do the job. But turn to complex mechanical issues, you need to be careful to bring you car to them, my Ford explorer had engine lights on at less than 1000km, I brought my car to the dealer for 3 times, they finally found the issues is a broken smart data card, they didn't wanted to take my car to have a check when first time I was there instead of asking my to bring my car to the dealership who sold me the car. I brought my explorer to them for fixing the steering wheel noise issues 2,3 times, but untill warranty expired, they still can't fix my problem. Some staffs are rude to me, one cleaner even ask me not to use coffee cup to drink water even I want to refuse the cup for coffee. Since I have took my car so many times for engine lights I told them I may hired a lawyer to deal with this issues, a service staff even laught at me when she heard about my conversation with another employee.

Hey there just would like to take a moment to thank Stewart Mike Joe for helping my mom find a 2011 chev Malibu. It’s a beautiful car. Hope it last my mom a while. Stewart has always help figure something out financial wise. Each time go check up if have any news they were always kind to help. Thanks again very much.

I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. Staffs are very rude and unprofessional that has no knowledge and experience at all. This place is nothing but a scam. There are other auto stores that provides better offer and sales. I decided to take my business elsewhere and never come back here again as it was a waste of time for me.

Sales Manager Mike Diamond, was extremely rude and interrupt our conversation with the sales person named Orlando. Sales manager began to yell at us and lie about the condition of the vehicle. Definitely need to make a complaint to omvic. Told sales manager we were going tell buyer to be aware Google and he said he does not care. Orlando was also terrible, right from the beginning he didn't care that we were there to buy a vehicle and was rushing us to pick a vehicle. Very rude service from both individuals. Cannot believe these guys are still in business.
