We have been going to this showroom for over 5 years. This showroom operates at a very high standard. Their customer service is impeccable. Everyone from the front to the back are well equipped for their positions and follow through with their respective objectives accordingly. Paul, their service technician, has always been very friendly and upholds a consistent level of quality assurance with our vehicle. He has been great with offering us options in terms of our service and follows-up on ensuring that our vehicle has been optimally assessed and repaired.

Absolutely unique in their ability to make you feel special! I’ve been going here for more than 10 years and it’s always been the same experience. The best compliment I can provide is that I’ve sent multiple friends and family here and they’ve not been disappointed. Many thanks to the Erin Park Lexus Team!!

Went there for a recall on my Lexus. They washed and vacuumed my car.. on the house. Great people working there. Would consider going there if need to buy a new car.

I went to the dealership and had to deal with Raj. Raj is a great guy and a nice person however I did have a very rushed experience with him. As soon as I asked for help looking at the NX300, I was told to sit and he handed us a credit form as I told him I wanted to lease. Then he asked what colour I wanted, he did not show me the options but kind off just told me to pick a colour. I don’t know what all the colour options are. And for something like colour, we would never rush such a decision because obviously if I have the car for a couple years and I have to see that colour everyday, I want it to be the perfect colour for us. I feel like it was a lot to take all at once, and the one thing I am not happy about is he did not walk around the car with me telling me what makes it the best at what it is. This was the first time I was seeing the car, I had seen a lot of photos online but I was just upset he did not let me fall in love with the car. I knew the basic features of the car, however he should have demonstrated other features which I was not aware off or even just talked about the car because as soon as we sat down it was about money and down payment, how much monthly etc. Moreover, this would have been my first car purchase in Canada, as I am international, however when I asked him about insurance he said its our responsibility. I am aware that it is my responsibility, however as a car salesrep I would just liked some advice on potentially where to go and what to do. And lastly, he told me since I have made my mind, I don’t need a test drive! Even though, I had made up my mind, I would have liked to test drove it because I have never driven the car and I wouldn’t buy without a test drive. Hence, because of those reasons I did not feel comfortable buying from that dealership.

Leo, Stephen and David have the charisma and the confidence of doing what they do which makes a rather extensive process as easy as possible. Thank you for that excellent client experience and for setting the bar high thus making me and my husband realized that we have made the right decision of choosing your dealership amongst other. - Thelma & Dennis
