My daughter, Laura, just purchased her second vehicle from Gordon. The entire experience from purchasing to delivery was first class all the way. The entire staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful. As my daughter lives out of town, my husband and I had to do some of the leg work and when we called to clarify any details, they were on top of all of them. A special thanks to Gordon (saleman)Dwayne (finances), Brian ( general manager), Shelley ( who always answered and directed my calls) and Frank who went above and beyond to take care of switching over the winter tires It was a great experience and my next purchase will be at Burlington Nissan!

Great purchasing experience. Friendly staff. Service staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my Frontier serviced.

I usually come here to have my infinity serviced. I usually wait around until the service is complete and off I go. However, i’ve been noticing that although the staff are friendly the customer service they provide has been deteriorating. I walked into service today and people looked me right in the eye without any kind of acknowledgment. They didn’t even nod their heads or give a smile. One service attendant was shuffling papers, looked at me, and went inside without a courteous hello or “someone will be with you shortly”. A smile goes a long way and makes everyone feel welcome. Today they made me feel like I was a burden to them especially when I kept asking them specifics on when their shuttle will be here for me to get home. They kept saying soon and when pressed for a more specific time, they would respond with 10 minutes. Finally after 35 minutes I was able to catch the shuttle home. Although no one was outright rude to me they made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. All one needs to do sometimes is smile and it makes everything OK.

Did regular maintenance here 4 times in one year for my Infiniti Q50 and they didn’t replace the air filters once. They didn’t even bother to check if the filters needed to be replaced or if they were fitted properly. When confronted, the service representative stated that they “occasionally” check the air filters. No solution was offered to fix or help compensate for the damage that they caused.
