Great Location. In the last five or more years they have built up the place. It looks good, the grounds are not littered, and the showroom floors do shine. This place does sell both new and used cars. They Buy, Sell, and Trade ... all vehicles. Trade-ins must be of utmost quality - which is great! Staff are also pleasant and ready and easy to deal with. The lot, both inside and out is wheelchair and accessible for all persons of all abilities, so their is no problem there. Give this nice lot s shot, I am sure you will be pleased just as I was. If you have found my information to be helpful in any way, please 'smash' that thumbs-up button!  Thank-You.

I would not recommend London’s Airport Hyundai for their service department!!!!! I should not be made to feel that the mistake was mine when it is truly their blazé attitude toward their jobs. Don’t brush my concerns off and then, to add insult to injury, fail to complete the services. I spoke to the Advisor and Service Manager who made me feel like it was my fault, the GM who listened and gave me discounted service (but didn’t make me feel like my concerns were all that serious), and now Hyundai Canada. I will not return there, and I refuse to be treated in such a manner.

Not a fan of the service department. My last service I booked a winter tire swap, and a oil change. After waiting more than an hour, got car back, no oil change. Ended up staying even longer for the oil change to be completed. Mentioned front brakes were making a noise, was told rotors were rusty, and the rust would burn off !! Went somewhere else, front brakes completely worn. Needless to say, I did not take car to hyundai for front brakes. Today, I was in for spring tire swap and an oil change. Two hours later I was asking if my car was done. Totally unacceptable. My time is worth something too.
