If I could give Easthill VW 6 stars out of 5 I would. Both my wife and I were extremely impressed with the level of service we received during our recent car purchase. Patrick was extremely helpful in guiding us through the different options available. Lori kept our 3 and 4-year-old occupied AND HAPPY for almost 2 hours while we looked at different options and talked numbers with Dustin. Dustin was great from start to finish and worked the numbers to get us into a roomier, better optioned vehicle that fit our budget. If you want a laid back and friendly purchasing experience without pushy sales tactics, this is the place. We love our new Tiguan and would recommend Easthill VW to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

East Hill Volkswagen is nothing but a fraud !!! If you plan on getting a vehicle fixed , RUN !!! This is Prime example of women getting advice I bought an as is mini van, I ask the owner son about getting it safety , he came back with a price $1800.i ask for what he told me nuts and bolts here and there , and the steering wheel hose needed to be replace , and was told it was approx a 5 hr labour I text my partner who works with machinery and a family member who is also a mechanic and was told by both of them get my money and run !! Then they wanted to charge me for a pre safety I took my can to Elmwood garage that is own by Elam it took him 30 mins to fix the hose not 5 hours Cost me $240. To fix it for my safety not $1800. This place discuss me how they take advantage of people !!!

Since 2014 we have purchased 2 new Tiguans from this dealership. In 2014, based on service, we rated this place very favourably. Well all that has changed and quite the opposite is true. We think it is no coincidence that this downword spiral can be directly linked to the new ownership at the dealership. Many staff members have "moved on" and a whole new mindset, business model/ culture now exists here. We still have warranty remaining on our vehicle, and planned on purchasing another early 2019, but that is no longer the case. Not only will we not be purchasing from here we no longer will be getting service here, all future dealings will be with the dealships in Owen Sound, K/W or Orangeville. Most unfortunate. TOO CLARIFY TO YOU with respect to your recent response....perhaps your offer to us should have been made prior to you delaying and rejecting the "manufacturers defect, warranty claim"? NO Volkswagen Canada Rep ever viewed our vehicle, the only thing Volkswagen Canada saw was a picture taken by an Easthill employee on an iPhone, it was a Service Desk employee, at Easthill, who mentioned the word "stone chip" when we brought the vehicle into Easthill to point this "defect" out. 3 licensed, professional auto body technicians/establishments examined and quoted the repair cost and determined this was caused by an "internal paint bubble" which is cleary stated as a warranty covered issue in the VW Warranty documents, you chose to ignore these professions, we defer to the experts, not a service desk clerk. In addition one of the Auto Body shop owners did talk to the Volkswagen Canada rep via telephone and did tell him exactly that.....to no avail obviously. In our case the "buck was passed" for over 8 weeks between Easthill and Volkwagen Canada, we were only kept informed due to our numerous calls, visits to Easthill and finally Volkswagen Canada.....we never did/have received written documentation from either of you....enough said.....
