Very polite friendly and helpful. It is nice to go to a local dealership deal with local people on a personal yet professional level that doesn't make you feel overwhelmed

Just bought a Kia Niro 2018 in October and have to say it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Sebastian and the good people of Kia Cobourg. Offered them a fair deal and they accepted. No haggling. They had to bring the car up from Niagara Falls, got it there quickly, detailed it nicely, closed the deal. Sebastian than spent a good 20 minutes walking us through the basics of the car, what does what and how stuff works. Bingo bongo, we were off on our way and happy as pigs in poo. Some of my experiences with other dealerships were quite negative to say the least. And even with the ones that weren't bad they couldn't match the deal because they were large with a ton of overhead to recoup. This is the one major advantage to shopping at a smaller, family owned dealership like Kia Cobourg. So I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Thanks Kia Cobourg.

So I had a great experience buying my used 2012 Kia Soul from Cobourg Kia. 4 years ago Mark Townend helped me with the purchase and I love my Kia. But the service staff are what will keep you coming back, thanks to Matt for helping in my hour of distress and getting me up and running and back home with a new battery!! The service was the best!

Sales team took a few minutes to notice me but were very personable and had expert knowledge over the vehicles. Did not have to “ go and check in the brochure”. Would go back again.

Very helpful and answered all of our questions happily, even when it was closing time. Very kind and not pushy
