The absolute best dealership to deal with. Every interaction I've had with their service department has resulted in a smile, whether money is leaving my wallet or not. These guys are awesome.

I've been a customer of Waterloo Kia for the past 2 years and recently decided to purchase a second vehicle (2017 Kia Sportage). The sales person, JR, was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful during the transaction. He answered to all our questions and requests. Also, when pick up the vehicle it was professional detailed and with a full tank of gas (you don't see that often these days). Highly recommend JR for your next vehicle!

Walked in without an appointment and the staff was happy to help. Dylan explained everything about the different model of Optimas and I went out for a test drive as well. Their car prices are very reasonable and have multiple discount offers on top of that. Great service and happy staff!
