Amazing service , Knowledgeable staff and great products !

Jul 7, 2018
A-1 service from the moment i walked in the door to the moment i drove away after repair. My boat engine had been looked at by three mechanics over a span of 6 weeks. No resultion could be found. I decedied to bring my engine to claudes for another opinion. I dropped it off friday morning and Within a few hours I got a call from Ken stating what he suspected was the issue. I got anither call tuesday stating what he had suspected was indeed the issue, water in the cylinders, (monday was a holiday) and said hed neded to order the parts required. By friday morning one week exactly prior to the day i brought it in, i got a call from Ken again stating my boat was ready for the water. He completed in less than a week what three other mechanics couldnt resolve in a month and a half and at a FRACTION of the price i was expecting to pay to have the issue resloved. I HIGHLY reccomend KEN at claudes for any of your outboard motor needs. This guy knows his stuff. I took it for a ride hours after picking it up and she purrs just like a kitten! KUdos to Ken and staff at claudes. They get my Vote! Ryan Sage
