After I had my oil changed, the tech noticed the serpentine belt was cracked. So I took a chance and went to Lambton Ford on New Years Eve day no less. They took me right in, and found a proper belt and told me it would be started after lunch and would take an hour to change out. The tech that was going to do my job came right in and worked through his lunch. These people are awesome. Great personalities too!. I was back in my vehicle less than a hour after leaving it. Perfect. Allowed me to enjoy my New Years Eve.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and specifically a truck. I had already researched trucks for about 50 hours online and especially after driving all the main half tonne trucks, I felt the Ford F-150 was the next vehicle for me. Peet and Aaron at Lambton Ford were so accommodating in letting me drive several trucks, looked at so many options and put together many compelling offers. A great experience that is beyond most other dealerships I've been to. Keep up the great work and thanks!

Took my Edge in for new winter tires. 20” are not easy to find but Lambton Ford was able to source the ones I wanted. Michelin X-Ice. The Quick Lane was able to get me in within a one day to get them installed. As always, great service and the best price in tires in town!

Poor communication. Just an unsatisfactory visit that should have been a lot easier on me as the customer. It was a warranty claim that my service advisor didn’t seem to care much about. I had to do a lot of the running around in order to get anything accomplished. I spoke to the parts department and found part numbers for my advisor to speed the process along. I’m also waiting for a phone call from the dealership currently on 3 recall notices I was sent about my other ford vehicle (2016 Explorer). I made the phone call at least a month ago and was told that they needed to get parts in and that they would be in touch within the next few days about the next steps. Not happy with my experience.

Knew I wanted a new vehicle but wasn't quite sure which one. The Lambton Ford team was patient and knowledgeable. They guided me through my options, provided options for lots of test-drives :), and then made the purchase process smooth and easy. I drove an Explorer years ago and am happily reunited with a brand new one. Thanks Lambton Ford!
