COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! Looked at an "as is" truck earlier today, I was a serious buyer and needed something for work. Spoke to two different salesmen about the truck at the same time. I requested the keys to take a closer look at the truck and a copy of my license/personal information was needed for some unknown reason. Whenever I've looked at a vehicle at a dealership, it was only needed for a test drive. After taking a more thorough look, I had then requested to test drive the truck. Then I was told it wasn't drivable as there was a safety concern which they needed to fix before it was sold. That would have been nice to know before I drove the truck to the front of the lot, even more so after asking what was found out after they apparently had a pre-safety inspection done. I decided to make an offer on the truck where it sat without any repairs as I am mechanically inclined. I then found out it was being held for another "potential buyer" who had viewed the truck a couple days ago! I asked if there was a deposit on the truck and the salesman said no. I have never met a dealer who would verbally hold a vehicle. Couldn't tell me that from the start? Something doesn't add up, I don't appreciate being lied to!

Honest, reliable and genuin customer service! I bought my first car with Patti back in 2016. She was truly an angel on earth and she made sure I bought a vehicle I loved. Almost one year late, I was in a car accident and my beloved first car was totaled. Fehim became my sales consultant and made dealing with the insurance a breeze. I got a brand new 2017 sentra and the transition was effortless. I always felt comfortable with the service I got there. Staff greeted me by name and i felt like family. Although I've moved to Hamilton, I can still rely on Nissan of Sarnia/Kevin to assist me with question and concerns. Thank you.Thank you.Thank you.

Use to be 5 * now i wouldnt even give it 1. I recently was talked to in a patronizing tone and talked to as if i were a moron. i was a repeat customer who has spent over 7,000 in the last few years in repairs alone, their old service manager would show customer appreciation in small ways to keep returning customers (worked on me) but today after i asked to speak with a manager and mentioned his name i was essentially called a mooch, my whole reason for asking for a manager was i was told i wasted half an hour of their time, then asked to pay for said half an hour, how does that make sense and thats very ignorant to boot. the ironic thing is my wife and i had already gotten paper work draw up to purchase a newer vehicle with them to which we were going in later to sign that night, say goodbye to that 28,000. I will happily be moving on elsewhere and spending my hard earned dollar somewhere its appreciated.

Had some work done on the front end a few weeks ago. There started a noise from that area so I took it back to have it looked at. Found a loose tray which got new screws and noise is gone! And no charge! That made my day, as parts for imported vehicles tend to be pricey. Thanks Sarnia Nissan!!
