Bought a truck here from Bill who is a truly fantastic guy! He searched tirelessly until he found me the perfect truck at a good price. The rest of the team truly understands what customer satisfaction means and work very hard for these five star reviews. Thanks for a job well done!

I've been to almost every Chevrolet dealership in Southwestern Ontario never have I came across the best dealership around the service advisor Billy was compassionate. Friendly very courteous all around the best customer service I've ever seen in the car industry I'll be back to do all my business with Billy and the staff at this dealership truly impressed

Worked with Dan in sales and had a great experience. Staff here is friendly and great to deal with. Made a purchase that I’m very happy with. Would recommend this place to friends looking to get into a new car.

This is one of the best dealerships I’ve ever been to and it’s worth the half hour drive from Windsor to Essex. First, I purchased my car from Paul who was super friendly and not pushy at all. He made the sale so easy for us. Sue from accounting was SUPER accommodating to my schedule when it came down to picking the car up on a specific date. The sales team work hard to be accommodating and I really appreciated that. Second, I had to bring my car in due to some issues with the alarm and remote start. I met Billy who took my car in to have it checked. I waited in the lobby and met Mel. Mel from the customer service department is the sweetest person I have ever met. She was so friendly and easy to talk to. She came up with a tray of snacks for customers who were waiting and even offered to make coffee for everyone. I have never seen anyone do that at other dealerships! Lastly, the service department found the issue with my vehicle and asked me to come in the next day so they can have the part ready for me. Before I left during my first visit, Billy offered to give me a free car wash before I go. I came in the next day and he got my car serviced immediately. My car was washed once more and the floor mats were vacuumed. As of now, my car’s alarm has not gone off randomly and the remote start works! Thank you County Chevrolet for being so amazing.

First time in, just got an oil change. Staff was friendly, service was quick and reasonably priced and my car got washed on top of that.
