I shopped around to three different dealerships in an effort to trade in the car I shopped around for in April 2016. After much recent experience as a prospective buyer in the used car market, I feel fully confident in the decision I made after purchasing my new (to me) vehicle from Basil Resale Sheridan. Completely satisfied and thoroughly impressed with my overall experience, mostly because of sales representative Steven Van Schoonhoven. He was vastly knowledgeable, listened to my needs considering the situation I was in, and showed me two vehicles he figured would appeal to me. I purchased one of those two vehicles, and drove home in it as mine later that day. The financing options made available were flexible, competitive, quick and easy. I got a fantastic car at a great price, more for my trade-in than I expected, and did it all in one day. Steven didn't waste any of my time, while I visited other dealerships multiple times prior to Basil and just didn't feel right about the solutions they provided to me. I absolutely recommend Basil Resale Sheridan to anyone looking for a used vehicle. It should be understood that making a decision that will impact your every day commute, and monthly budget for many years, is deserving of the diligence of research about the vehicle you're buying, and what dealerships have the right inventory at the right prices. Basil Resale Sheridan provided everything I was looking for, and more than what I was expecting. Above and beyond in every aspect! Thank you, Steven!

We walked in not sure if we could even get a vehicle. Sandy worked hard to get us approved with very little money down and found us the perfect vehicle for us! We drove away with our new vehicle the same day! They have a customer for life! Highly recommend basil!

Lemme tell you a story about these shifty crooks that call themselves a car dealer. I bought a 2011 Impala from them in 2012. I was 25 at the time and this is the first car I bought completely on my own without a co-signer. They told me I could have it for zero down and 199 a month over the phone, and that is all they said over the phone. I figured that it was a manageable payment so I went to buy it. Only when I was halfway through filling out the paperwork did they fill me on on the little detail they conveniently left out that the 199 per month was only for the first year. After that, it was $370 a month. When I started to back out they convinced me that I could refinance in a year to get that down to about $220 a month, which was hefty but still manageable. But when I tried yo refinance they acted like it was completely out of the question. Now, 6 years later, I am STILL paying for it and I don't even own it anymore. I had to roll the rest of the loan into my current lease. Basically they will do anything to sell you a car, even if it means baiting and switching you while ruining six years of your life. I hope at the very least other people can learn from my experience. DON'T GO TO THEM. The only thing that sickens me more than the experience I have with this dealer is their failure to address this problem and at least try to make it right, as they seem to have with all the other complaints.
