Nick and the sales team gave the best customer service experience I've seen at a dealership. Genuinely honest about the vehicles on their lot. So many cars to choose from it's crazy! Found my family the perfect vehicle for a great price. Worked out a reasonable payment plan. Everything I could ask for.

Nathan was very attentive without being pushy. Appears to be trying to keep within our budget and mileage. The cars and building are very clean and it was an easy process looking for cars. Haven't bought one yet, but I'm going back to suburban to look at some things that have been pulled for me.

High-volume used car sales center. Your experience ABSOLUTELY will reflect this. I prepared a detailed review of my car purchasing experience with Jeremy and Brian, but I think the photo I included sums it up. My license plate arrived today (two days after they said it would, and keep in mind, they charge about $250 for documentation fees and the $99 for your vehicle registration) and they are so cheap and lacking of any concern for the customer, that they didn't even pay the proper postage for the plate! Had to pay the mail person $.65. There were various times that they used typical used car salesmen tactics and I wanted to leave, but I stayed and purchased my vehicle simply because it is was a specific car I was looking for that is difficult to find and I was able to get the price down to something I was prepared to live with. Otherwise, DO NOT recommend the place or those salespeople.

If you like hidden costs and having your time wasted you'll do great here. Charged nearly $300 in shady documentation fees, and tried to console me by pointing out it's technically legal to do so and other dealers are worse. Promised me they could beat a 3.75% interest rate I already secured elsewhere with 2.9%. Ended up wasting an inquiry into my credit to come back with a 4.55% (my credit is stellar). Then made me wait over an HOUR just to process my purchase and get me on the road. I will say though at least the staff are friendly. So yay there.
