Service I received at Basil Ford was excellent. Kept to the promised time frame. Coupon for the works included oil change, NYS inspection, and routine maintenance. Felt it was a good value. Dealership waiting area was comfortable. I will use them again in spring for an air bag recall.

Bought a used 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Basil Ford. They offered me $2000.00 for my trade than any other dealer. They met my desired price and payment. Great experience from sales, financing, and picking up new vehicle.

Went in to had them check a leaky tire. They are always curtious and professional and just nice. They found a nail and patched my tire for next to nothing. I appreciate the staff at basil Ford for doing what it takes to keep my car like new!

Came in for an oil change on my f150. Price was more than fair and the service was good. Only complaint is when I called to talk to service Dept and pay over the phone I was on hold over 15 min and transferred to multiple people until I was hung up on and had to call back.

This might be the worse ford location that I've been to. I tried to give it a chance and not pay attention to the prior reviews. I will say however Frank Esposito has great customer service his service manager Casey on the other hand has to be the most unprofessional "service manager" I have ever encountered. If they have training she needs to go back. I would suggest taking heed to all the reviews prior before spending your money at this location.
