Don’t let them in your vehicle

Don't let service in your vehicle. Went in with my 1 day old F-150 for USB ports not working and they pried it off and scratched/ gouged the plastic underneath rather then compressing the clips. USB still didn't work so they had to replace my computer. In doing so they admitted to breaking my phone mount but didn't realize that they scratched the trim around the screen and broke the vent where the phone mount was mounted. When I asked for them to fix/ replace the parts that were damaged when removing the USB port I was told that the part was to expensive and that " the USB port can not be replaced without damaging the plastic underneath" no joke that's what I was told. I brought my truck in and showed the service Manager Steve and the dealer Manager how to remove it within 10 seconds with a paper clip and no damage. Still they wouldn't admit any wrong doing or offer to fix it or even a free oil change.

I went there to look at a 2010 Chevy Equinox that was in mint condition with low miles. The sales manager, Scott paired me with Bryan. Bryan was very polite, knoledgable, patient and didn't use any typical high-pressure sales tactics. My girlfriend and I both felt very comfortable. As for the overall price of the vehicle, Bryan and I met on middle grounds, even closer to the price I wanted. Not once did I feel I had to leave, as in most cases elsewhere. That's why I made the deal at Basil Niagara Falls.

Just purchased a vehicle. We went to several dealerships and finally ended up dealing with Basil Ford on NF Blvd in Niagara Falls, NY. So far the experience has been very positive all the way around. Our sales consultant there was Aaron Acker and he most certainly represents to us all that can be hoped for in a car buying experience. He did a great job. Well done and thank you Aaron! I drove the night before to Buffalo and my engine light went on. No one would take my car to work on it till four days later. I had to get back to Chicago! Scott said they were really busy but fit me in and got the part for the next day and I was back on the road the next day when I picked up my car. They had a rental car so I was able to get to hockey games and sightsee. I really appreciate Basil Ford going out of their way to fix my car and take the stress out of my trip. The pricing was reasonable but more importantly they went the extra mile to help me out. If I drove my car my motor would of had serious issues. Thanks for your kindness.
