Never had an issue. I didn’t buy my car here because I got a way better offer from East Court, but really wish I did buy my car here in the end. I go to East Court for my oil changes and the odd time have to go to Fraser Ford for them to get rid of the maintenance light East Court fail to remove. Fraser Ford is a clean and friendly environment and I always feel welcomed despite them never getting a cent of my money. Staff are very helpful too! Update: I’ve contacted the service department twice asking for basic info which isn’t anywhere on their website. It’s been 10 days and I haven’t heard back. I guess they don’t want business.

Very inconsistent service experience. I've been coming to Fraser Ford for service for a few years and have found their service is either excellent or terrible depending on who you're dealing with. My most recent, and likely last, experience with them has been terrible. I called earlier in the previous week to inquire if they are taking walk-ins to put on winter tires. Its the beginning of the winter season and I'm aware some service centres are not taking them. I was advised they are not taking walk-ins to their Quick Lane service because of a supply issue that week but might be next week and was told to call on Saturday for a Monday drop off. I called on Saturday and was advised that they could take my vehicle on Monday so long as I left it there for the day. That was no problem for me as I've done that in the past with them, and they have a very friendly shuttle service, so I brought it into Quick Lane first thing Monday morning. I was advised again they could take the vehicle as long as I left it for the day and confirmed it would be done by 5pm. I called 4:45pm inquiring about my vehicle and a new service associate nearly laughs at me over the phone and said it wasn't going to happen even after I told him what the his colleague said. I took their shuttle back to the shop (again, all the drivers are very friendly), noticed that 3 service bays were empty, and took my vehicle. Again, I would understand if I was told they could not take my vehicle as I know its a busy time of year, but do not tell a customer you can take their vehicle when you know its not possible (I was advised by the driver going back that they also lost 3 mechanics the previous week). This is likely the last time I'm going to tolerate their very inconsistent service and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I bought a used vehicle from Fraser ford and I couldn’t have been happier. Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. I dealt directly with Mike and Natasha and they were wonderful! They were patient, friendly and really take the time to explain all the fine details. Many dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past only care about the sale. This dealership is different from any I’ve ever dealt with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

Never been in that business. GPS map must have thought I was there due to proximity. I was walking by. Last year I think I saw reno/expansion work being done. Good to see they are doing pretty good. Cool to see the car storage like use for outdoor winterizing of boats near cottage country.

We have found Fraser Ford to be our best option when our Escape requires servicing and repairs. They are courteous and honest. We appreciate that they complete required servicing and repairs with no upselling efforts. We wouldn't contemplate taking our vehicle anywhere else.
