They do some shady business here although, Mike Myslakowski was very helpful in getting my jeep fixed. However, it wasn't until I tried going to their purchasing department and buying a license plate bracket for my wrangler that they tried pulling a fast one. The bracket was 80 something dollars and when he pulled it out of the box I noticed it didn't come with screws. He told me that they are sold separately and it would be $4.50 a screw. So I figured okay whatever I'll just buy them too. Then I got home and just out of curiosity I googled the same bracket and it was $30 on amazon and it came with screws. So I pulled the one they sold me out of the box and I noticed the little shield for the light bulb was missing on it too. So took it back to the dealership only a couple hours after purchasing it and asked about that shield and they told me "oh, that's sold separately".. Why would the shield and bolts be sold separately and not the light bulb it self? It just a little 2 inch by 2 inch plastic clear shield we're talking about. They did end up giving me a refund so I guess I'm not that mad. I just wanted to write this review for other people who might do business with them in the feature, so if that's you. Check other places first.

Made an appointment on Monday for Friday. Arrive on time and told it will be approx 2.5 hours. I wait in the lobby for 2.5 hours, go check on my car only to find out they have not even touched it yet. Whole day now shot waiting around the dealer for a 2.5 hour job. Not to mention when I first arrived the guy behind the desk wouldn’t even acknowledge me, he just leaned over to coworker and said I’m goin to be a while here. The lady who ended up helping me was nice and helpful but other than that, this place sucks for service. Take your car some where else!!!!

I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee at Huvaere's. Ryan Totitsky was my Sales Consultant. He streamlined the entire process -- responded to text messages very timely, emailed me pics of the available vehicles, and drew up the paperwork so all I had to do was come in, sign, and drive away! I would recommend working with Ryan T.

I just wanted to leave a review on how satisfied I was with my service today. I had brought my car in for repair and my service advisor whose name is Mike was excellent. He was very professional courteous and helped me with any questions I had. I also received a Rental car while my car was being serviced. Everything about the dealership was first class and extremely professional. I will highly recommend your dealership to all my friends and family. Thank you

We had a great experience at Dick Huvaeres. Monique Kingman did a great job of getting us in and out of the dealership so we could enjoy our three vehicles. The only thing I wish I would have done is look the vehicles a little closer. The interior of two of the vehicles had some minor issues. All three vehicles had 3/4 tanks of gas, which I never seen of another dealership. Monique got me the vehicles I wanted at my price point that another dealership quoted me. I went to the so called biggest volume dealership on Hall Road and they told they could not meet that price, even though I have leased 9 other vehicles from them. Great job Monique
