The experience that we had while leasing our 2017 Ford Escape was not great, and we will never lease again. The customer service was horrendous as well. While looking for a car to lease, everyone seemed super nice, friendly, and helpful. However, after the contract was signed, it seemed the attitude changed very quickly. Not too many days later I called because I wanted to ask some questions about the contract. The way I was talked to seemed like I was nothing but an annoyance. Again, about mid-way through the lease I called because I had some questions about an early-buy-out. My questions were not answered and I was laughed at. Lastly, when it came time to turn the lease in, I called to make an appointment. I was told that I did not have to make an appointment, but to just call early on the day I planned to bring it in. The day I turned it in I called at 9:00 AM. I was forwarded to my leasing agent, and it went to voicemail. After not hearing from him, I called again at 12:00 PM. It went to voicemail. When I called a third time I asked, "is my agent even in today?" I was told that he was, and that I would be forwarded. Again, I went straight to his voicemail. After calling about 6 times, I finally just drove to the dealership. Upon going to the front desk I was told that our agent was out for the day. Even though I was told multiple times previously that he was in. We then had to wait roughly 20- 25 minutes for one of Tony's colleagues to "get off the phone," but we sat in the waiting room while nothing happened at all. Finally, we had to get up from our seats and walk over to the desks of the leasing agents to get someone to take us to their desk and complete the return. Apparently there were people ready to help us, but the lady at the front desk did not bother telling us. THE WORST customer service I have EVER experienced, and we will NEVER be back! We were treated like royalty until we signed the contract. After that, we were treated like nobodies.

I brought my car here for a new battery after needing a jump that morning for it to start. When asked if there is anything else they should look at while it's here I tell them the brakes started grinding on the driver side within the last week and he says they will take a look. Fast forward 8hrs later and I call to inquire about my vehicle status. I am told that ii has not been touched and that there is still 5 cars in front of mine for service. I ask if it will be completed before the end of the day and the guys says "he hopes so". I ask the gentlman to please inform me if they will not get to it before the end of the day as I can not miss another day of work and I will simply buy a battery elsewhere and install it. Suddenly 30 minutes later they call back having finished inspection on my car and state indeed it is just a battery issue and that the grinding I'm hearing is metal on metal brake pads(or lack there of) to rotor. Not only does this short time to check all of these issues make little sense, but so does this diagnosis as I have very recently had those brakes replaced by a reputable certified mechanic. He says with all these needed repairs it will be $900 and "would I like to go ahead with these repairs?". I swiftly answered no for many aforementioned reasons and growing mistrust. I will bring this vehicle to my trusted mechanic for these repairs for I'm sure half if not less of the price as these brakes are still under warranty (that's how recently they have been serviced). By far the WORST car service place I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. The staff were not impolite but overall service was deplorable.

We have been leasing from Russe Milne for years. Our salesman Phil Bryant is a great guy and a straight shooter. Great place. Great service.

If anyone is looking to purchase a new vehicle, I highly recommend seeing Sean Drake. I can’t say enough good things about him and all of his help. He took time to explain every detail... which made for a smooth buying experience. I will be back to see him for my next new vehicle.

I highly recommend Russ Milne Ford! This is my third explorer with them and the transaction is made simple and easy. Brian Litz and Matt Zmick are both very professional and answered any questions I had. I will continue to shop at Russ Milne Ford!
